About us
Small roof inspection business ran by 1 owner, currently wearing all the hats. My idea is to provide homeowners, business owners, buyers and sellers with an independent and honest assessment of their roof especially when it comes to storm damage. I refer my customers to a local network of roofers and contractors that I trust and perform a final inspection of the work done. I've worked in the roofing industry on the contractor and insurance side and I felt that the owners need an experienced/honest and independent opinion for their roof issues. My general inspections are $125, Real estate closing inspections are $175, temporary repairs range from $150-700, emergency services range from $150-450, and the storm damage inspections are free(Hail&Wind). My billing is through credit card processing, cash or check. Currently I'm offering a 60% discount to seniors. I set my prices to be competitive. My main objective is to bring integrity to the roofing industry.

I provide general exterior inspections. Storm damage inspections, and snow removal. Through my network of contractors I'm able to refer my customers to reliable companies that can perform any type of roofing and siding work necessary. I also perform a final inspection on all work completed., boarding up, in order to asses the scope of the damage and determine whether its worth filing an insurance claim.
