12 years experience with home building and remodeling

Hi, I’m Engelbert Andrade, a woodworker and co-owner of Stonehaven Property Services, alongside my business partner, Samson. We proudly serve Lynchburg and the surrounding areas, helping homeowners with repairs, maintenance, and improvements.\n\nSamson brings five years of hands-on experience, and I bring experience in woodworking, home repair, and technical problem-solving, along with a completed MBA. We started Stonehaven with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service.\n\nOur services include gutter cleaning, deck and porch repairs, siding and exterior repairs, interior improvements, and custom carpentry and woodworking. From everyday repairs to custom pieces that make your home your own, we’d love the opportunity to help bring your project to life.

I have hands-on experience working on residential renovations and house-flipping projects with my family. My work includes painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, tile, kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks, doors, trim, demolition, and general home repairs. I focus on clean, detailed work, clear communication, and treating every home with care. I am available for both smaller repairs and larger residential improvement projects.

I have spent many years working as a general contractor including working for a commercial builder, kitchen and bath remodeling company, and property management company. I also previously owned and operated as a class a general contractor. I have experience in most areas of home repair. I am looking to slow down and focus on smaller projects with attention to giving clients quality services at reasonable prices.
