He left to buy new one at Fluvanna Ace Hardware, Returned promptly, and installed new one. Duration of service about 1 1/2 hours (including trip to Ace!) The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Gus executed over and above by texting me the day before installation to ensure all materials was onsite prior to his arrival. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble.
