They responded immediately to an urgent situation where my sump pump had quit working. They were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Visit one, he spent the time there complaining about how he had no help, mansplaining 101 plumbing terms AFTER I told him I did most of the repairs in the house, and leaving trash in the yard. $700.00, but the came next day, so I expected it to be high. After the problem wasn't fixing on that first visit, I made sure my husband was there so I didn't have to be talked to like a child. He did the exact same thing to clear the plumbing, then tried to charge us another 395.00, even though there is a 365 day warranty ON THE RECEIPT. He again left trash in my yard. Avoid these people. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

I got a diagnostics that a warranty part was bad. Free part. A black iron union (gasket) needed replaced. This part cost $11. Breakdown of total cost $502: Warranty item $281 (Labor) Black Iron Union $122 (labor) Diagnostics $95 (Labor) In essence I paid over $500 for an $11 dollar part. All labor and it took less than two hours to complete. Robbery. Never again!

Very well. Arrived for problem assessment followed by team to make repair. Repair was done in less than an hour. Price was fair and reasonable.

We have an annual preventive maintenance agreement with E&E and have been very pleased with their service.  
Their service people have always been courteous and  the most recent serviceman, who did the spring and fall preventive  maintenance did an excellent job of cleaning the equipment.  We are very pleased with his service and will renew the preventive maintenance contract when it is up for renewal.

Very well.  The work is pricey, and I have used other plumbers and electricians, but E&E are by far the most responsive.  I work long and crazy hours, and they have been the most willing to work around my schedule.  Excellent quality work, and I trust them in my home when I'm not there.

they are completely thorough. They are very professional. They had six people come out. There prices are very well priced. They clean. Its unbelievable how good they are took about three weeks. They were on time very punctual. Expect the best service you will ever get! They don't cut corners they explain things to you. The pricing was what stood out after i viewed another company.

Eand E has been our plumber for more than 12 years. We are always
delighted by their friendliness, knowledge, and reliability. Jimmy, who
routinely makes our calls is a wonderful guy -- a very knowledgeable plumber
and someone you instinctively know you can trust. We live in a
Victorian house and our plumbing is always an adventure. Eand E has
come out on holidays, in ice, while we were out of the country, you name
it, they've been there for us. Recently Jimmy and I got our wires
crossed about a bill and when I called the office the office simply
waived the charge. I can't say enough good about Eand E.

Wonderful experience. They arrived on time and with treats for our dog! When they cut holes for the vents they always cleaned up the dust and dirt left behind. At one point they cleaned the bathroom floor to look better than it did when they arrived. At no time were we without heat. Pretty important during this extreme winter season. The heat system worked perfectly and can't wait to use the air conditioning. It was such a terrific experience that we are now in discussions to renovate a bathroom.

They came out to review the premises on Monday and replaced the line on Tuesday. I could not have asked for any faster service than that. Two men and a back hoe arrived first thing Tuesday morning and by 5:30 Tuesday evening the job was complete. On Friday the 27th they returned to level, reseed and lay straw to the lawn and pasture that was destroyed by the excavation and back hoe. They were very professional and considerate of the grounds in every aspect of the job. If I ever have another plumbing problem, which I hope I don't, they will be first on my list to call. Incidentally I consulted Angie's List before I called them.

E and E Plumbing and Heating's price was reasonable for what it was. They were very responsive, followed through with what they tell you they'll do, when we had a question about something they sent someone out right away the same day, and they just seemed very reliable.
