"[Member Name Removed], thank you for being so easy to work with and all your support. And welcome to northeast Tennessee where I know you will find the Pace of life to be more serene and pleasurable than The big city bustle."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. Although we didn't meet face to face it was a pleasure working with you. Yours was a challenging repair, but we "got 'er done." I'll swing thru on my next trip to town, and give it a quick follow-up to insure all is well for the summer."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. It's always a pleasure to work with a fellow engineer. And know that when your old system finally does give up the ghost we'll be ready To bring it all back up to date. Have a great summer."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. It was a pleasure to serve you and your husband. As you know, I'm available whenever you need help with any of your home systems. Regards, Bill G."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed], it has been a privilege to work for you and your family over the last few years. I appreciate your confidence in me and will always give my best effort to be worthy of it in the future."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed], You make be blush. It's not so much an expertise in electricity as it is understanding the sequence of operation. Your piping was hooked up backwards (not by me, as you know) so we just had to rewire the system to perform accordingly. It's not a common problem, it just took a bit of time to sort out what had been done previously, and then some hocus pocus to make it right. I'm glad we were able to get it back on track with minimal intervention."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. It was a pleasure to meet you and your wife. Your trust, satisfaction, and confidence are of utmost priority to me. Please call on me anytime."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. I'm glad we found that hidden glitch and you didn't have to spend nights in the cold. Please call any time."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for your generous words of praise. It's always gratifying, at the end of a job, to see the system performing and making my people happy. You have my number, and I'm available to you whenever needed."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. I am there for you to help keep that system running as long as possible."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], thanks for the review. I remember your system is "long in the tooth" but call me whenever you need. We'll keep it alive, if possible, until Gabriel blows his horn."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], I appreciate your confidence in me, even to the point of enduring some hot days until I'm available. Hopefully you won't see anymore of those unique types of system failures you've had to endure up until now."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], In the interest of full disclosure, the rate then was only $85 for the FIRST hour, but reverted to $60 after the first hour. But as you've experienced first-hand, it rarely takes longer than the first hour to fix most issues. Thanks for the review."
"thank you [Member Name Removed]. It's pleasure to have been a service to you and your family."
"thank you [Member Name Removed]. It's a pleasure working for you. please know I'm available anytime you have concerns with your systems."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. It's no small thing to let a furnace run all night, unsupervised, while you sleep. It's like trusting the pilot to fly us safely to our destination, but with our heating system we do it dozens of times every night. I take it very seriously that people trust me to make their systems safe and reliable."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for your comments, even though it was years ago that I installed this system for you. And I'm glad you called to get help with your new thermostat installation last week. Please call anytime I may be of service."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for the feedback. It's been a pleasure to help you. As always, I'm only a phone call away."
"Brian, thank you for your confidence in me. Please call anytime I may be of service."
