The staff at Perfect Air demonstrated a high degree of care, professionalism and competence throughout the entire process. The owner, Mr. Boone, communicated and set clear expectations about arrival times and the expected duration of the install. The team worked well together and they took the appropriate steps to ensure my home was kept clean and did not suffer any damage throughout the installation. The staff answered all my questions in detail and offered to train me in the use of the system. Overall, the Owner and the staff exceeded my expectations in every respect. The pricing was also reasonable - especially considering the high quality materials which were used - as well as the care that was taken to property insulate all the ducts and equipment. I would hire them again and I plan to recommend their company to friends and colleagues.

The work on this unit took approximately 6 months due to construction needs. The contractor was not prompt and did not keep appointments or phone calls on a regular basis. Although the system itself works well it needs to be tweeted and the contractor has failed miserably to finish the tweeting of the system so that it works properly. We would never use him again or recommend him.

The evaluator was very professional during the visit and agreed to get back in touch with me with an estimate.  I waited several days then called multiple times, leaving messages each time.  I even emailed, asking for either the estimate or simply for them to let me know that they were not interested in quoting the job.  After several weeks, including emails and phone messages to the company president/owner Terry Boone with no response, I gave up.

They were right on the estimate price and did great work. I was very pleased with the service I received from them.
