I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."

They will be great to deal with for the first 30 days. After that, you are locked into the contract and all customer service and promises go out the window. Plan on it taking twice as long to get your ordered product. I made my order in April, 2024 and it was promised (in contract) that we would have our product delivered and installed in 90 days. It is now November and we are still waiting for our order to be completed. All of my calls and complaints have been ignored or pushed on the next person to deal with. I have even made calls to the office in Seattle. The only contact I am getting is text messages. Very unprofessional and dirty tactics to get your money and not deliver on product. Look elsewhere for your window needs!!"
