When they put the drain in they put new cement in and then the cement is a little rough. I think if it had been smoother I would have given him a higher grade. I like him and have used him a couple of times, but I think they may be a little high in price. I may look elsewhere.

"They had to Jack hammer part of bathroom floor at the tub to access drain. The entire drain system was encased in 8 inches of concrete. They removed concrete and installed all new drainage system. Did the job fast and clean. Wore booties on their shoes. Very professional."

"When they brought the new unit and started to unbox things, I noticed the unit wasn't the one I agreed to in the write up. He said right away that I was right and he was wrong. They corrected the issue, got the correct unit and installed it. It has worked wonderfully and better than it ever has since I've lived here.

I then called them at a later date and asked them to come back to work on  the reverse osmosis system. They never got back to me and totally ignored my request. In all fairness to them, they didn't install the reverse osmosis system."
