"They had to Jack hammer part of bathroom floor at the tub to access drain. The entire drain system was encased in 8 inches of concrete. They removed concrete and installed all new drainage system. Did the job fast and clean. Wore booties on their shoes. Very professional."

They corrected the issue, got the correct unit and installed it. It has worked wonderfully and better than it ever has since I've lived here.
