"When my A/C failed, I knew it was aging and probably needed to be replaced. Humphrey Heating and Cooling was able to send a representative the next day to provide an estimate for repair/replacement. Chad arrived on-time for our appointment and discussed a couple of options up-front. I also obtained estimates from two other companies that week. The competitors were not as responsive as Chad who was prompt to call me back to answer my follow-up questions. Ultimately Humphrey’s replaced both my A/C and Furnace over a two-day period. Their crew arrived on-time the scheduled day of replacement and they took care in laying down drop-cloths to ensure nothing was tracked in on the carpets. They cleaned up after themselves so that everything looked the same when they left as when they arrived. Jason came back on day 2 to finish everything up and literally worked his **** off to complete the install by himself. Although he had to cut out some sheet rock to run additional electrical wiring outside, he gave me a subcontractor referral to repair it which worked out great. I highly recommend Humphrey's based on the excellent job."

"Bill did a terrific job over all.  I would hire him again and would highly recommend him to others.  During the bidding process Bill was very transparent and his pricing came in right in the middle.  We decided to go with Bill as he took lots of time with us and answered all our questions.  We could just tell he is honest and would be easy to work with.
From the very beginning and throughout the job Bill was very punctual and communicated well.  He returns phone calls quickly and would meet us at the house to go over decisions as they came up.  Large projects will always have surprises and potentially issues with subcontractors.  We didn't have anything major happen, but there were a few smaller issues that were quickly resolved as Bill has good relationships with his subs and puts the homeowners interests first.  
Even after the job was done, Bill has reached out to make sure we are happy with the work and to see if anything needs attention. We had a few items to fix and he was as responsive and thorough as when we were in the middle of it.
Finally, my entire family was comfortable having Bill around the house.  With a large project you sometimes see your general contractor as much as your family.  He was always very respectful of our space and kind with the kids and my wife (and even accommodated reducing the noisy parts of the work around the kid's nap time).

Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was perfect and exactly what they said they would do and what I wanted. This company may not spend the big money on advertising as I found them by accident, but I would never use anyone else for HVAC now that I know about Brozwood. "The technician arrived on time, he called 20 minutes before he left his last job. Very thorough in his testing and explaining. The only down side was being charged $225 for a dual capacitor which was only $20 online for the exact existing part. For sure would use them again but would do more homework ahead of time."

"Ryan is incredible!! Professional, easy to work with, quick to respond, and fair on pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I needed to upgrade my home to 200 amps of service. I priced it out myself expecting to pay 25% more, instead he came in exactly where I was expecting (just under on cost of equipment, I'm sure with his discounts). I asked him to set things up for a future DIY project I was planning. He said no problem, then a couple days later he texted me out of the blue and asked to come over because he had some ideas on how to do the project. Unpaid, and not expecting anything in return, he walked with me around my property and explained what he would do, which was far better than my original idea. Overall I was just impressed that he was really thinking through the project and suggesting what would work best in my situation rather than what was easiest or more profitable for him. He's a great guy! I plan on using him in the future if/when I have the need."
