I had been a customer since November 2017 until this week. We were a full service customer that pays for Snow removal in the winter, spring and fall cleanups, Sprinkler spring-Start / fall winterization - Stop along with sprinkler maintenance as needed, weekly mow/edge/trim with dog waste pickup and full service fertilizer with weed treatments; for the most part we have had one of the nicer lawns in the neighborhood. We pay a hefty amount of money to Professional Yard Services to keep things looking taken care of. In the early years, Robert C. was the Account Manger who would insure that the crews that serviced our yard were taking care of the business. I would see Robert a couple of times a year to review our services and to make sure we were satisfied. Robert did a great job and as long as our regular weekly crew serviced our yard â things were good â until this summer. In the spring of 2020, Robert was replaced by Antonio. I spoke to Robert after he had left when I had an issue in April, and he kindly let me know that he was not working there - I sensed that he was bitter about it, but did not ask. I contacted Antonio multiple times about the crew failing to pickup the dog-poo (we are charged $11.00 extra each mowing) and driving the mower over every dog turd smashing them into the lawn. Antonio let me know he quit on May 22, 2020 and to contact the owner from now on â that he no longer has account manager for our property and he was going to take care of it. Soâ ¦ I called the owner Corey Draper a few times on May 22nd, but never not get an answer. I sent him pictures in text messages showing the dog-poop smashed in by the mower tires. His response: When does the lawn water the night before? I responded that the sprinklers are off 36 hours before mowing and it was dog poop smashed, not picked up. His next response is that they will pick up poop for another $11.00 on top of our existing weekly. They start charging the additional fee, but again on July 9, 2020 â they once again drive over all the poop in the yard and it is a yard full of smashed poop. Mind you, Corey is not offering any assistance in the matterâ ¦ the only thing we get from him is that â I will work on itâ and nobody comes back and picks up the poop for another week and the next week, they drive over the poop again with the mower. Now there are two weeks of poop ground into the lawn. The week after that, I go out and remind the crew of dog poop, they picked it up, but threw the poop in the planters and against the corner of the fence. (picture) Now this week, the lawn crew with the weed-whacker decided to scalp the yard down to the bare soil. The lawn is thick, green and lush in the middle of the yard, but around every corner and every planter, it is ¼ inch tall, burning in the summer heat no matter how much water we can put on it. I take a couple of pictures and send them to Corey after calling him a couple of times. He does not respond to the phone call, but texts me back saying there is a problem with the sprinklers. (They are paid to do sprinkler maintenance and adjustments) and I asked him why it has not been fixed â and go out and run the sprinklers thru an entire cycle where they are all working and covering all of the yard. His response is he wonâ t come out and look at the lawn and the work his crew did until 6 days later, and he can only fix the problem if we want to pay for them to come out and underseed and work on the lawn to fix the scalping. â at my cost! So â from the customers point of view â He is not interested in fixing the issues they have with their service, wont come and examine the poor work that his crew did the day before â until after a week goes by. He is not providing a quality service of maintaining our lawn. They are definitely not doing a good job for us.
