"I stumbled on Compass Bath and Remodel quite by accident, and I’m glad I did. Russ Nay and his associates did a tremendous job remodeling my master bath. I got a great impression of Russ from the start. He was quick to respond, showed up in person to survey the job, listened intently to my ideas, offered up some of his own, and had a draft plan and estimate ready the next day. He has an eye for detail, and didn’t miss a thing. Russ was flexible and adaptable, and each step in the process was well coordinated.
