David, who answered the phone, was pleasant and helpful, and he made an appointment for us for the next day within the 8 am to 10 am time period. Meanwhile, we worked on reprogramming the thermostat, which was a bit tricky, but the furnace began working properly again. We thought we would have the Parley’s furnace specialist check our furnace anyway, just to make sure there were no other problems with it. Robert Winget, the furnace specialist, arrived within the proposed time frame and was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."
