I hired Roger after I saw him doing a job across the street. He came in a timely manner, explained everything and designed a custom system for our home. Install was smooth and as promised. Radon levels were reduced from 8.5 to 1.2 post mitigation. Very happy with the results! He also worked with my wife alone at home and she even trusted him enough to leave him there for an appointment. She doesnâ t trust easily.

Roger Empey, owner of Propery Medics, recently (May 2023) did a radon mitigation job at our house. Roger was very patient with answering all of my unending questions. He was on time, professional and did a wonderful job at our house. He made sure I was happy with where the system was going to be installed. He is a perfectionist and did the highest quality job. I opted to have a box installed over the fan system for an additional fee and I'm so glad that I did. It hides the system and looks great! Roger left my house looking clean inside and out. I appreciate when a contractor treats my property with respect. I sincerely very highly recommend Roger and I would not hesitate to have him working in my home again. Roger is a Radon mitigation expert and help us get the radon level under control in our home. He was very professional and does high quality work.

This is the second home where I have had Roger install Radon Mitigation. I have an electronic monitor and within 24hrs of completing the installation, our levels dropped to under. .5! The job was done smoothly, looks really nice, and we couldnâ  t be happier to have someone as competent as Roger to do really professional mitigation on our property. He even painted the white pvc pipe to match our home! Donâ  t go with a half fast provider. Use someone like Roger who is professional, actually examines your property before engaging in any work, and takes their time to do job well done!

Radon mitigation was not an option listed. We worked with Roger in 2019 when he added radon mitigation to our Sandy, UT home. We had since moved to another property that didnâ t have radon mitigation installed. While searching for other companies to install radon mitigation we ran into many unprofessional companies.
