"As I was leaving for work the garage door would not open. At 6:30 in the morning, we were able to contact Precision Garage Door and schedule a technician to come out the same day. The technician, Trenton Brown, was able to come in and walk me through what was damaged and in need of repair and was upfront with the costs of repair and replacement. Once he was finished with the repair and replacement, he then showed me the how to process, step by step on how to use the new opener. He and Precision Garage provided excellent service in a timely and kind manner in addressing this urgent need for us. We will be a repeat customer."

"Isaiah Diaz showed up to replace a broken spring. He was respectful and polite right from the start, he's a very nice kid. He replaced both springs and when he finished he didn't like how heavy the door felt and explained how he could keep tightening the springs but it would shorten there life. He took them off and replaced them with heavier springs that worked a lot better. I really appreciated his honesty and doing the job right. I will definitely call him again."
