Martin Garage Doors, SLC.
I visited Martin's showroom in Salt Lake City and the salesman was excellent and the selection was excellent, also.
The estimator came out to my home the same day to check the door dimensions.
The new door and opener was installed two days later.
I am overjoyed with the professional, speedy service!I am thankful that I did not go anywhere else for a new garage door and opener! Martin is A+ in my book now.I highly recommend Martin Garage Doors to everyone. Top quality materials, excellent customer service, on-time arrival for installation, flawless installation and operation, and a complete explanation by the installation technicians on maintaining the door/rollers, too.

Ray came out on the day and time promised. He was very professional and did a great job installing a new Martin steel garage door for us however the opener he installed had a factory defect and after a week of frustration, (my fault for not telling them)I called and they came out the same day with a new opener and it has been working perfectly since.  I had a really good experience with the folks at Martin Door.  These doors are made in America. The quality is outstanding and they had the best price of any of  the estimates I recieved.  I highly recommend this company!

I have had this company come look at my garage door three times.  Each time has been a good experience.  Once for an estimate and two repair visits.  They were courteous and prompt.  They fixed the problems to my satisfaction.  They were honest, thorough, and competent.  Although the price was possibly a tiny bit higher than elsewhere, it was more than worth it.  (Their cost is not exorbitant or anything.  It was in the ballpark.)

I am reporting on my experience about 10 years ago when Martin Doors installed a garage door for me.  The door has worked well ever since.  The door design is safer than others, and that was a big selling point for me.
I called Martin Doors again recently for an estimate on a door for the house I just bought.  They arrived on time and gave me an estimate in writing that was complete, down to telling we what modifications my garage would require from a contractor before a door could be installed.  (This garage has issues beyond just being slanted.)  Their price seemed fine to me, about $1200 for door and installation, as I recall.  That seems about right, given inflation.  I am quite sure I will hire them to install the door when the time comes.

Martin Garage Door employees are very professional and walk the talk. What they say, they will do and do it until it is right. When the installer finished, I thought he was done and ready to leave but he was not satisfied that it was not as smooth as he thought it should be. So he tweeked adjustments on the door hinges, cables and track until it was smooth and things I did not see until the installer pointed them out to me. I thought I knew a lot about garage doors because I installed this door in 1981 but this installer showed me things to help it run better and smoother. These things he did not have to do and spent an extra hour or hour and half to make it right. He inspected the door sections, track sys, hinges, rollers, springs properly balanced and all hardware was secure. My installer name was Jeff and I can't give him enough credit to how well the job went and completed.

I think I paid more than I should have. They gave me an estimate that was lower than the final price. Also, they did not gave me an exact time. They gave me a four hour timeframe of twelve and four.
