When we bought our 100+ year home we were told there was cosmetic beam staining in our attic due to coal fire heating in the early 1900's, but that the place was structurally sound. This spring an inspection said we needed to reinforce the attic. This team made reinforced, reinstated, reftamed, drywalled and added flooring. All In a HOT attic in the summer. We have a beautiful bonus room. Superb work. We are so grateful."

"I hired the Medrano's after another kitchen refinisher made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I wanted my cherry wood cabinets refinished in a dark stain since they were of such a high quality. I wanted the grain in the wood to show. I interviewed at least 5 companies and the Medrano's were the only ones willing to sand and refinish them the way I wanted. Most wanted to cover the cabinets with gel stain. I have only praise for these men. They are kind, efficient, and experts at what they do. My cabinets are beautiful! See the attached photos. As you can see, the grain shines through the staining. They even installed soft close drawer slides and made a new drawer when one could not fit correctly. I will hire them again. They will be coming back to refinish my banisters. "
