Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Chandler was very professional and personable as well. He explained what was causing the problems and what he did to repair each item. He also looked at an outdoor spigot and let me know that it didn't need repair. 
He also called when he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time frame of our appointment.
As far as the price is concerned, Chandler adjusted some costs to save me money. Overall, I think plumbing costs are very expensive, so I really don't have a frame of reference for the cost and therefore rated this part of the service as "fair".

"It took me two weeks to get ahold of them. They would periodically call me back when I was at work during the day. We finally got an appointment set up and the owner came out and said that they do masonry repair. We had a bit of that, that needed done, and he took a look at it and honestly, I didn't think it was his area of expertise. He subcontracted that out, and did a free estimate of the cleanliness of our heating system (which was NOT what the coupon was for) and we haven't heard from him ever since. He seems nice enough, but just not very on top of things, since it's been two weeks that we have heard anything about getting our appointment taken care of."
