Fantastic work from Hearth and Home. They came out to our place, measured and proposed a few options, installed the system, and did it on time and at the price that they quoted. We opted for a remote control operated gas system since we have other people stay at our place and we didn't want them messing with gas and lighters. Really, really happy with working with this vendor.

Service Tech callled to let me know he was on the way. He showed up promptly and got right to work. We had a remodel done on our home and because of all the paint & dust in the air, want to make sure our fireplace was clean and in good working order.
Service Tech protected our hearth while working, cleaned up everything very well.

Their people were good to work with and the service was pretty good as well. They did a great job of following up with us and getting back out to fix the fireplace when it malfunctioned. They even followed up again after that to make sure all was well.
