Awesome company. Owner John came out to drain and check my water heater. Found all good. I had another company come out said I needed a new water heater it would be $5,000. For some reason my gut said it wasn’t true. So I found my paper work on the company that originally installed it 10 years ago which was Western Trails Plumbing. John checked everything and said it all looks good no rusting water clear . Going forward only company I will use for my plumbing needs.

Western Trails was very responsive to our call and came out within two hours of initial contact. The water line to the refrigerator had developed a leak inside the wall. John told us he could cut the line where it came out of the wall and replace it by going through the cabinets, so they wouldn't have to cut a hole into the wall. He also replaced the worn out cylinder on the Moen faucet in a bathroom tub. He and his son finished both jobs in a timely manner and charged a fair price. The only complaint I have is they did not clean up after themselves at all. They left sawdust from the drilling they did in the kitchen inside the cabinet and on the floor. They left the bathtub/shower dirty, as well. Other than that as far as plumbing knowledge goes, they seemed to be very knowledgable and quickly set about diagnosing and fixing the problem(s). I would use Western Trails again for plumbing problems and I would be proactive about the cleanup problem in the future.

These guys should eat more because they are worth their weight in gold! They could have charged my wife much more but are extremely honest, professional, and fairly priced. I would trust these guys with any plumbing job or emergency.

Because of poor cell service in our area,I had some trouble reaching the company. I called the night before(9/17) but was unable to reach anyone or voice mail. I called again at 6:45am on 9/18 and reached voicemail. I did not hear back from the company until 1 pm +/- when they had service and called to say they were on their way. By then I had contacted another plumber who showed up at the same time Western did. I decided to use Western because they had repaired similiar leaks for several of our neighbors who were happy with their work.
Western determined were the leak was, removed the old pipe and replaced it with copper piping. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job.
They did a good job on the repair and clean up. We were happy with their work and would use them again.

He put two parts and the total cost was $70.00, which was very good. He was very knowledgeable and time efficient. He moved around and got the job done in a very short amount of time. He was very professional and we were very lucky with the people who came to the house, who worked for him.

He is very, very good. He had to come and unplug our sewer many times. He gave us deals because it would cost us a lot of money to have it unplugged all the time. He came as soon as he could every time I called him. He was very friendly, efficient and he did what he said he was going to do. He charged what he said he was going to charge. There were no surprises and it was great. I would rate him highly.
