What a great company! They could have easily told me I needed a new softener, it’s what I was planning for. Instead I was told that the one I had that had been sitting there doing nothing for years was fine. It was just not plumbed right. With a little bit of knowledgeable changes it was up and running. I was only charged a service visit. They literally saved me thousands and could have easily told me I needed a new system and I would have been none the wiser. I value honesty so much!
