"Brandon, Tg,were excellent. They were on time, worked well together, let us give feedback, cleaned up as they went along, made sure we knew what was happening during each step. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "RSI was quick, efficient, and very professional. the best part was by hiring RSI we were introduced to Milo Valezuela, an employee at RSI who not only assisted with the replumb, but was also responsible for repairing all of the drywall that they had to remove in order to install the new water lines throughout the house.
Milo did such a fantastic job of repairing all of the drywall and perfectly matching the finish coat that you could not tell where the replumb had been done once the work was complete. As a result, we hired him to do the drywall and finish work for a a complete kitchen remodel that we performed, and once again the end product was excellent.

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought. I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
