"Problem with the hole location on the counter required a changing in the intended replacement unit. This cause some delay while your tech went to get a different faucet. The hole place in the granite top was to closed to the back plate wall. Error made during the installer of the granite top."

"Went great, guys were polite, friendly, kept me informed of how things were going and occasionally asked for my approval for certain variables. Maybe most important; they cleaned up after they were done. Not a lot of contractors will do that anymore."

Generator Install questions, answered by experts

Costs range from $500 to $2,500, depending on generator type and installation complexity.

While standby generators provide essential backup power, they can fail when you need them most due to lack of maintenance, fuel supply issues, dead batteries, electrical problems, or improper installation. To avoid costly failures, professional installation and regular maintenance are crucial. Licensed technicians ensure safety, uphold warranty requirements, comply with regulations, and provide expert servicing.

Portable generators provide backup power for essential appliances during outages and are easy to relocate.

Yes, natural gas generators can work without electricity. Natural gas generators are a common type of backup or whole-house generator that operates when the electrical grid isn’t working. The trick is using a transfer switch (which usually needs to be installed with the generator) that safely switches the home electrical system from the power grid to generator power when needed.

Whole-house generators need to be installed on level ground several feet away from walls and other objects. Because they tap into the electrical system directly, they usually need to be close to your home electrical panel for a transfer switch installation. It also helps with installation if they are near to a gas line or propane tank installation.
