His woodworking and mudding skills are excellent. My neighbor was impressed with his matching-mitered corners. Then he filled nail holes and cracks to prep for paint. Next time, I will ask him to fill the mitered corners with wood filler instead of caulk, since I completed that before painting. He is a very pleasant guy to work with, extremely easy to communicate and work with. He often came to me to ask how I wanted something done, instead of just doing it his way.
