"Ricky, Ryan, Trapper, and Brandon did a great job installing our new shower. We live in an old home and the shower had previously been re-done, but the tiling job wasn't good quality so we had problems with water leaking through to the walls and floor. 5-star did a great job replacing all the parts that had damage, and they did a superb job installing the shower and making sure that it was completely sealed. "I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."

"The HomeStar employee who came to install the kitchen/basement windows damaged the soffit (she didn't know how to lift the window to avoid doing damage to the soffit) that had just been installed earlier in the day. We were lucky that the soffit and gutter company was able to take out the damaged soffit and replace it without to much noticeable damage. The screen for the kitchen window was also the wrong size. HomeStar ordered another screen and the second screen came and was also the same wrong size. They then ordered a third screen and just this week (almost three months later) I called them to ask about the screen and they informed me it had come in and was the right size but the frame was bent. So, they are now ordering a 4th screen. It is hard to believe that it will take more than 4 month after getting the window installed to get a screen for the window. Also, HomeStar hasn't maintained communication with us regarding the screen . I've had to call them every few weeks to find out the status. Not very concerned about customers once they have paid."
