"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. They were carful and very good about cleaning up, as well. Highly recommend the company and the people"

"5 Star Kitchen and Bath has just completed a full remodel of 1 master bath and 2 full baths in my home. My review is primarily based on the end result, and I have to say my new bathrooms are FANTASTIC! It was a huge job, as all bathrooms were completely demolished and then rebuilt from the floor up to the ceilings in solid tile. I was lucky to have two main installers assigned to my home for the duration of the job: Froilan and Devon. Their work is truly amazing. They consulted us continuously during the job to make sure every element came out just perfectly. They were always on time and dependable. They were so clean, courteous and respectful - we enjoyed having them at our house for several weeks. We trust them and their work is high quality. Our Project Manager for the job was Zach. He was also great to work with. Anytime I had questions about what was included or not included in the price, he was very fair and empathetic. I definitely recommend you hire 5 Star Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling projects. I was so nervous to do this, but now I'm extremely satisfied and can't believe these beautiful bathrooms are actually in my own home!"
