"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"I hired the Medrano's after another kitchen refinisher made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I wanted my cherry wood cabinets refinished in a dark stain since they were of such a high quality. I wanted the grain in the wood to show. I interviewed at least 5 companies and the Medrano's were the only ones willing to sand and refinish them the way I wanted. Most wanted to cover the cabinets with gel stain. I have only praise for these men. They are kind, efficient, and experts at what they do. My cabinets are beautiful! See the attached photos. As you can see, the grain shines through the staining. They even installed soft close drawer slides and made a new drawer when one could not fit correctly. I will hire them again. They will be coming back to refinish my banisters."
