"To begin the process, we made a phone call to West Shore Home for a representative to come to our home and give us a quote. Our Sales representative, Matthew Chaffee, was businesslike, efficient, and courteous. Everything Matthew explained actually happened during the two-day removal and installation of our old tub and two showers. Our installers (we had three crews due to the size and scope of the project), Blake, Johnny, Ashton, Coltrin, Colton, Max, Tim, and Edwin were all incredible to work with.
