"Very timely and professionally. Quick to respond. Clean and efficient. Well call him again and again."

"This review is for Monkey Wrench Plumbing whom we have dealt with in the last few months twice, the first for a bathroom renovation and the second for replacing our water heater. Both of these experiences, one a larger project and the other a smaller one, were pleasant with excellent results â ¦this is what impressed us: 1. From the time we first contacted the Monkey Wrench crew, my wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner. 2. They cleaned up after themselves. 3. They were competitive with their rates and werenâ t afraid to make helpful recommendations, and go the extra mile without nickel and diming us into the poorhouse. 4. They worked hard and quickly, without being sloppy or doing shoddy work. 5. They showed up when they said they would, giving us notice they were coming before they arrived. 6. They are honest in their dealings with us. 7. They even sang a song or two for usâ ¦..just kidding. No singing, but they importantly did give us the distinct impression they were happy in their work and wanted to please us. We highly recommend them for plumbing jobs, large or small."

"Our repairman was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He saved us money by not insisting the crawl space be cleaned up before repairing the sump pump piping . He willingly scooped out the top layer of contaminated soil and spread lime to kill the sewer flies and eliminate the odor. The other plumbers we got a quote from wanted us to use a restoration company before they would repair the leak."

"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"Great quality, organized and cleaned up after working."

"They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"Excellent experience - had to dig up my yard to fix a sewer main and the guys did excellent work and didn't overcharge. Honest and great work!"

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."
