"They were quick to respond and come diagnose my dryer that had stopped working. Very good communication about what was wrong and what needed to be done. They ordered the parts needed and got them replaced within a day. Overall they did such a good job I have used them for other household appliances including a washer and dishwasher. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it.
