"Gary was fantastic. I talked to a handful of companies the day that I picked him, and he was the only one that didn't try to upsell me on products I didn't need prior to the inspection. He gave me cost and estimates if we needed to do further inspections of anything inside the home, but said we should hold off until we saw indications that they were needed. Everyone else right tried to push me into ordering more inspections of the property than may have been needed, or told me that if I didn't go with them, that I was going to get sub par work. There's a difference between explaining your trade and being pushy or a bully. Gary did none of these things, did not talk down to me because I am a woman (happens a lot in my area), and explained everything clearly and concisely to me while we were on the premises to fully disclose the findings of his inspection. I would 100% recommend him and will use him again on any future purchases."
