Complete Home Inspection
Gary was fantastic. I talked to a handful of companies the day that I picked him, and he was the only one that didn't try to upsell me on products I didn't need prior to the inspection. He gave me cost and estimates if we needed to do further inspections of anything inside the home, but said we should hold off until we saw indications that they were needed. Everyone else right tried to push me into ordering more inspections of the property than may have been needed, or told me that if I didn't go with them, that I was going to get sub par work. There's a difference between explaining your trade and being pushy or a bully. Gary did none of these things, did not talk down to me because I am a woman (happens a lot in my area), and explained everything clearly and concisely to me while we were on the premises to fully disclose the findings of his inspection. I would 100% recommend him and will use him again on any future purchases.

We did not have any specific concerns about mold but wanted a mold test of our basement to cross it off the list. Many "mold inspectors" are tied to restoration/remediation services, so they are inclined to find things to remediate. Gary is an independent inspector who explained what he was doing and listened carefully to our concerns.

Gary was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of mold testing in our home. I was ready to test every room in my house if needed, but instead of just focusing on upselling me he gave me data on what best practice was for our situation and made sure I was only spending money on what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how small our bill was. He also stayed for awhile to take time to educate us about our situation and our options. He went above and beyond.
