She combined her three companies to provide her clients with an all inclusive Interior Design, Flooring and Construction co. She brought on a licensed General Manager and Project Manager with 21 years under their belt. These two men oversee all the building details from permits, to codes, quality of work, meeting deadlines, understanding budgets, and to make sure all subs are on task, and performing their duties as required. Scheduling, ordering of materials, along with onsite management are details that make or break the success of a project. Syd manages all interior details. She holds the hands of her clients from start to finish. The client makes no interior or exterior selections without Syd. Of course, her job is to give the client what they want not what she wants them to have. However, she will help the client select the details they are wanting but makes sure that they select items that will be a home run.
