From setting up the appt with Heidi to the service call, it was smooth and everyone was friendly. Allen, our tech was prompt, knowledgable and thorough not to mention kind and respectful. He explained what we needed for maintenance and more importantly, what we did not need going forward. We have a better understanding of the process after he walked me thru what he was doing. "I hired Anton and Clean Air Company and he did a fantastic job. He was on time explained everything to me, identified the vents and went right to work. My house was built in 1953 and I don’t think the vents have ever been cleaned since the house was built. I know I’ve been here for 25 years and never had them cleaned and every fall when I turned the furnace on I get that burned dust smell. He cleaned the vents, cleaned the dryer vent, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion.. I observed how much dust and lint and dirt he pulled out of my vents and of course, since the house was built in 53 there was a lot.
