Small jobs welcome

"Mark was kind and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. He pressure washed my deck when he noticed some debris had fallen when cleaning out the rain gutters. They did an excellent job on the windows as well."

"I needed help cleaning my windows on the outside since I (and my husband)are not really good candidates for safe ladder and roof climbing! Jesse and Sean were wonderful to work with, both in scheduling and cleaning. Sean was prompt, courteous and really good at cleaning my windows(I set a high bar and he went way above it!) Sean also cleaned out the gutters which I really appreciated, too many "nail bitter" experiences watching my husband on the roof trying not to fall, LOL. Seriously, I will be using them again on a regular basis. The quality and cost cannot be beat!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can create a solution of dish soap and hot water to create a cleaning solution. You’ll want to mix about one to two drops of dish soap for every 8 ounces of hot water. If you use too much soap, it’ll create too many suds and make it harder to effectively wash away.

Professionals use HEPA vacuums, industrial-strength cleaners, and microfiber cloths for effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Solar screens are low-maintenance but benefit from occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing, as these can damage the mesh. Inspect screens annually for tears or loose frames to maintain performance. In dusty or coastal areas, more frequent cleaning may be necessary to prevent buildup.

To effectively clean fine dust after construction, start by dusting high surfaces like ceiling fans, walls, and window sills, allowing the dust to settle. Then, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter on all surfaces, including furniture, carpets, and floors, making a second pass for thoroughness. Follow up by mopping hard surfaces with a damp mop to capture any lingering particles. It's also important to clean appliances, vacuum HVAC returns and supply vents, and replace the air filters. Properly ventilate the home to help clear out remaining dust, and avoid sweeping, which can spread the dust around.
