"Mustache guy is my hero! We decided to get a new HVAC company & it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off.
