"Our furnace went out at the beginning of winter. We originally called the company that installed the furnace in our home. They were difficult to get ahold of, and we had to wait days for someone to come out and see what was wrong. They scheduled a repair for a few days later. When the repairman came he then told us he wouldn’t be able to fix it and scheduled us for a new furnace installation.. 2 weeks later.
