"Great service efficient and fair price. We had to schedule our yearly dryer duct cleaning. Did some research and found Air Duct Cleaners. From setting up the appt with Heidi to the service call, it was smooth and everyone was friendly. Allen, our tech was prompt, knowledgable and thorough not to mention kind and respectful. He explained what we needed for maintenance and more importantly, what we did not need going forward. We have a better understanding of the process after he walked me thru what he was doing. "I was impressed with Steve's understanding of how a house's construction affects the type of furnace or air conditioner one should install. I learned that one can buy a more expensive unit and not realize any additional benefit.
