I started Outdoor Property Solutions in 2021 with a goal to help homeowners care for the outside of their home by removing the time and stress of outdoor maintenance. Our goal is to provide a high-quality service that benefits our clients' lives while still being competitive and reasonably priced. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because we know that without you, we wouldn't be here. When you call us, we want you to know you're calling a trusted, quality company that is going to take care of you. But don't take my word for it. Devin is excellent !! He was very congenial and paid great attention to detail. My yard requires a lot of trimming/edging around the sidewalks, curbs, and fences. Every line was sharp and straight. I am so happy to have found him!

Devan was amazing. He gave us a bid on a Sunday and in Utah, thatâ s uncommon. He was in constant contact with us when he would be here and he was honest. He has integrity and that is important to me. Devan did amazing work and everything looks amazing. Will call him again. Excellent work!

I will not hire him ever, he was disrespectful. he came to an inconvenient time 10:00 am when we had already agreed to 12:00 pm

"I am sorry you feel this way, I apologize that I arrived early to service your lawn. I assumed you wanted me to arrive at 12 so your husband could pay for the service. I was not aware that he worked from home and needed it to be quiet. I felt I was respectful during both of our interactions. I apologized for arriving early when you paid for the service and would gladly have come back later if you would have asked. However, after receiving multiple impolite text messages when I was done with the service. I returned your check and said I would no longer be servicing your lawn. I meant no disrespect, but I no longer felt comfortable working tog."

Devan did lawn aeration for us and is doing our weekly lawn care service. Price is reasonable and he is quick to respond with any questions we have. He also has done a great job so far with our yard.

I paid Devon for what he has done so far but i just didn't feel comfortable with going forward with him,,,and i can't put my finger on a reason why... so i'm still looking for someone else to do my yardwork.

Devan did an excellent job cleaning the gutters! He went above & beyond trying to get the very dirty gutters clean. He was on time & professional! Reasonably priced & did an Excellent job...I will definitely hire him again!!

If the lawn is not to your standards, we ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience so we can come back and make it right. We always use lawnmowers whenever possible, but sometimes we can't use them due to certain circumstances. Examples: An area is too small for our lawnmowers. Our lawnmowers will not get close enough to an edge. The area has too many rocks and not much grass."

Our tree was blown down last year during a wind storm and we needed the stump removed. We found Outdoor Property Solutions online using Homeadvisor.com and they called me within 2 hours and were able to come out the next day to remove a tree stump. I'm sure it's not their favorite thing to do but I really appreciate that they did it. Their communication and professionalism are very much appreciated and we'll definitely be calling them when it's time to redo our back yard!

Devan tackled a home improvement project others shied away from. He worked on it 6 hours on a Friday and 3 more hours on Saturday, more hours than originally planned. He still only charged us the original quote and stayed and cleaned up everything. Great work!
