Near the end of the 2 hrs I reached out to the office and asked when I could expect him. They said they'd have him contact me. An hour later, having not heard back, I said if he's not here soon I'll have to reschedule. They said they would have him contact me. Forty minutes later, having heard nothing, I told the office we'd have to reschedule. They said they would have him contact me. No one called. One hour after that my credit was charged for the other half of the job without the card being present, and no work having been done. I did get a refund, but not easily. Don't chance it. "
