Great job on the repair. I had two springs broken. They were replaced with the correct size spring. Great attention to detail on adjustment,and alignment of the door tracks as well as overall inspection of the current condition of the door and opener. I would definitely recommend and call them again if needed

WOW! I am so glad i went to Home Adviser and found your company. Preston called when he was 30 minutes out, as promised. He arrived at 10 AM, as promised. He reviewed the problem, told me what he was going to do, and fixed it, then he noticed the lift cables were gone, he replaced them, re-aligned the tracks, changed the bottom brackets, and even put a new gear on the track arrangement so the lift worked. He was very efficient, answered my questions as he was working, and very professional. I could not have asked for better service. In the time I have been in this house (32 years), the garage door has always been "jumpy" at the bottom. He explained, as he re-aligned the track, that the miss-alignment was the cause of this issue. It works better then it ever has! I am more than willing to recommend your company to anyone that asks! Again, great service, and yes I will post this review on HA's site as well. I got a call early the day after posting (late at night), and they were able to schedule for my convenience that same day. This was very nice. They quoted a single spring replacement price, but upon arrival I was told they would have to replace with 2 springs, and that this was a safer configuration. It felt a little like a bait-and-switch, but he explained how a single spring was more dangerous when it breaks, so I was ok with the dual-spring solution.

"Thank you for you comments! I apologize if you felt there was any confusion on the repair. We take spring replacement very serious! In our opinion any company that is willing to replace only one spring with one spring on a 2 car garage is willing to gamble with your family's safety. To anyone out there with one big spring on a 2 car garage I recommend you replace it with 2 immediately! This is a possible dangerous situation. It is rare but we are seeing this scenario more and more around Salt Lake City. Call me and I can tell you exactly why its potentially dangerous!"
