"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. "Brandon, Tg,were excellent. They were on time, worked well together, let us give feedback, cleaned up as they went along, made sure we knew what was happening during each step. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "The overall installation was very good; the installer worked hard and was proficient. The price seems high but was not unreasonable.
My major complaint was that I requested, several days in advance of the job, that the installer save some of the tile he removed for use elsewhere. Then the very morning of the installation, I made that same request again. But none of the tile was saved. That was a mistake on Bath Fitter's part.

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors. What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.
