Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent.
