"Beeline came out to my house and sprayed for box elder bugs.  We had hordes of box elder bugs outside our house, and they had started to find their way into the house regularly.  There were thousands and thousands of these bugs in crevices, around our wood shingles and under our porch.  I was amazed that after one visit, the box elder bugs completely died off.  It's been several months since they came out to spray, and the bugs haven't returned.  
The pest control person that came out and sprayed did a thorough job and communicated well.  I will definitely use Beeline again in the future.

"The first contact was with a gentleman named Phil. He was quite professional and knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to explain how to manage my bird mite infestation and the products they used. On the same day, I met with Bryan who carried the company’s professionalism through my door. Very nice gentleman who took his time spraying inside and outside my house. When he was done, he reviewed with me where he sprayed and places he laid traps. He was probably on premise for 30-40 minutes. I got a follow-up email from Kayla welcoming me to EcoGen with information about the company and the different service plans they provided. Then within 30 minutes of Bryan’s departure I got an invoice from Michelle detailing the service performed at my home by Bryan. The team in Phil, Kayla, Bryan, and Michelle was top notch! When the tech arrived, he explained exactly what he was going to do on my property. When he completed the service, 30 minutes later, he reported to me what he had done, shared some suggestions to control spiders this fall, and even took the initiative to ask if he could spray for spiders in our garage, which usually is not open.
