"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home. The tenant left without attempting to clean any of the filth or repair any damage her unauthorized pet caused. To get the tile flooring clean, carpets cleaned, sanitized and repaired were going to be a large task. Another issue was the odor left by the large pet. Amarillo Steam Team came highly recommended by two other businesses. The representative arrived to examine the damages and made suggestions to the needed services. He quoted prices of various services offered. The interior repairs were completed, and Amarillo Steam Team was called to complete the final touches to return the property to a rental state. Rolando and Tanner were the Amarillo Steam Team members who started and completed the job. They conducted themselves very professionally and answered every question asked. Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. We know who to call now and will not hesitate."

"The work that was done was great! Everyone was very professional and worked with me throughout the entire process. Most importantly they stuck with the amount that was quoted. No new fees occurred! The only down side, as with any contractor, it was not completed on time. We asked it to be done by December the 18th (started in October) or wait until after the new year. His work was of excellent quality and he tended very nicely to the details to make sure if looked perfect. I appreciated his professional advice regarding what would be best for transitions and layout. He paid close attention to the details regarding the pattern of the tile and what would look best in placing each piece. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! We would definitely use him again for any other tiling needs in our home."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. They take their time and pay attention to details. They did other work outside the scope of the plan and didn't charge extra. I will be hiring them again for future projects."

"Terrazas Construction removed all the old popcorn from the ceilings in my home. They put a base down (several layers), textured and painted the entire house (11 rooms). They also painted each room and the cabinets in 2 bathrooms and 4 other rooms. They worked diligently while they were here. Each day they cleaned up and moved all supplies to our barn or garage. They also helped move furniture out and back in multiple rooms. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small that you need. They spent a lot of time covering heavy furniture and all my floors."
