"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.

"Tile floors look fantastic! They look like new to me. Mark did a great job explaining what the work would entail and spent a lot of time with me during the initial estimate. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. The technician who came to our home (sorry, I forgot his name) was very professional. Would definitely hire this company again."

"I was very satisfied with the price and great service I received. I had to reschedule the Estimate with Abner twice but he was very polite and understanding both times. Once I finally decided which Wood I wanted and to go with his company, he continued to work around my busy schedule. The Installers that work with him are also very professional and made sure my home stayed as clean and dust free as possible. They even went over the cleaning and maintenance of my floor with me and my kids."
