"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Southland screens did a great job for us enclosing our patio that included a beautiful door and the perfect puppy door. Zack and Taylor, owners, listened to our needs and did a perfect job. Our puppy door was a challenge as we have a 5 pound Yorkie to accommodate. They took the time to research doors and found the perfect one and spent 30 minutes to install a custom fit.
