"Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs."

All they had were dirty rags and mops and toilet bowl cleaner brush which were unsanitized and used in other peoples houses. They kept opening my cabinets to look for cleaning items. Their work was very bad and I had to ask them to redo certain surfaces. Don’t hire them. You would be making a big mistake!"
