"Very poor service. Don’t hire them. They said they come with their own cleaning fluids. All they had were dirty rags and mops and toilet bowl cleaner brush which were unsanitized and used in other peoples houses. They kept opening my cabinets to look for cleaning items. Their work was very bad and I had to ask them to redo certain surfaces. Don’t hire them. You would be making a big mistake!"

"Iâ m a current customer and I love her cleaning service. Very reliable and very thorough in the cleaning. My family loves coming home to a freshly cleaned house on her scheduled days. I also have her do additional cleaning/home projects for the holidays to help me keep my home clean & tidy for our house guests. Sheâ s been a real life saver. So far, no project has been to big or too small, and her rates are reasonable! I definitely recommend her services!"

"Maria did a wonderful job cleaning my father in laws house. This was a cleaning of an empty house in preparation for sale. She was professional, polite and thorough. My one and only complaint is she has still failed to follow through on providing us a receipt for the cleaning which was important for us to be reimbursed from the estate. We have made 3-4 requests.."

"Major PLUS: The drapes were actually delivered before expected due date. I have really tall ceiling and tall windows so the drapes had to be custom made. They fit perfectly and what was really nice is the installers picked up after themselves and didn't leave a mess.

The PRICE: I picked a really high-end fabric for my living room which was a bit pricy but they quality is amazing. Better than you can find from any big brand store. No one will have the same curtains as me!! The formal dining was well priced but also a much smaller window.

Customer Service: Please talk to Scott or Chris, they really know their product and are super nice."

Drapery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Strat decluttering for the holidays by removing trash and organizing items into different piles that you’ll keep, donate and toss out. Whatever you intend to keep, find a specific place for it, and if you buy something, get rid of an item that’s taking up space. Start small, go room-by-room, and don’t try to declutter all at once—doing so can get overwhelming.

Regarding UV protection for furniture, synthetic fabrics like polyester and acrylic are some of the best choices. They have inherent UV-blocking properties and can withstand prolonged sun exposure better than natural fabrics like cotton or silk. Additionally, outdoor-specific fabrics for patio furniture often include UV-resistant treatments to enhance sun protection. Fabrics like these have become softer and more comfortable, making them suitable for interior spaces like sunrooms and other spaces brimming with natural light.

Hydrogen peroxide can be a good option for removing dried blood stains, but it’s an aggressive solution that could discolor or damage your carpet. It’s often a better option to call in a professional to deal with dried blood stains. A pro will have commercial cleaning solutions that do a better job as well as the experience necessary to get the stain out without doing irreparable damage to your carpet.

The recommended frequency for professionally cleaning drapes varies. As a general guideline, aim for every four to five years. However, you should consider more frequent cleanings in specific circumstances. For homes with pets, heavy soiling, or residents with severe allergies, cleaning every two to three years—or even two to four times per year—is beneficial. Light-colored drapes may need cleaning every one to two years to maintain their appearance. Some also follow a biannual schedule, cleaning in the spring to remove winter dust and in the fall to remove summer pollen. In between professional services, lightly vacuum your drapes with a special attachment to remove surface debris, but avoid abrasive brushes on delicate fabrics like silk and linen.

There are several ways to store clothes properly and keep them smelling good. You can keep clothing in a climate-controlled closet for best results, but if this isn’t in your budget, there are many DIY solutions. From using air freshener sprays to keeping a box of baking soda in the closet, you can eliminate unwanted odors. Always store clean, dry clothes in the closet to minimize odors.
