Very sloppy work and the workers don't seem to care at the time they are doing it. they set chipped tile, set it unevenly. Tiles fell off vertical surfaces. It was very difficult to get them back out, even the owner tried to BS his way out of the shoddy workmanship.

The solvent in wood stain is what causes the liquid form to be highly flammable, but the stain drying process involves the solvents dissolving, which leaves behind a non-flammable product on your wood project. Wood stain is, however, flammable before you apply it, so you should always store partially full cans and used wood stain rags away from sources of heat and open flames.

It typically takes three to five days to stain a fence, though most of that time is spent—literally—watching paint dry. The main issue is that you can’t stain a wet fence because the stain won’t sink into the porous grain of the wood. Many types of exterior paint last five to 10 years. Factors that determine exterior paint’s lifespan include the type of paint, type of siding, climate, and the quality of the primer and paint. For example, wood siding will require a fresh coat of paint more frequently than paint on brick.

Maintain your wattle fence by inspecting it at least twice per year for loose weaving and degrading branches. Replace any seriously degraded sections, ensure water drains properly around the posts, and trim any sprouting branches if you used green wood. If you notice the weave loosening, you can often tighten it by gently pushing down on the top branches. You can also apply a natural wood preservative every two to three years to extend the fence's lifespan.
