"Water was gushing all over the house during the winter storm. Between my husband and I, we contacted 27 plumbers and 1 replied via text stating that he cannot provide service for 2 weeks. Another plumber, the wife answered the phone and said he wont be available for another 3 weeks. And the other 25 plumbers never responded. Stephen was referred to me by a friend. It was late at night, but we were desperate. I contacted Stephen at 9pm and he actually answered!!! He told me he was in a middle of another project in Sugarland but will come by afterwards. He arrived at my house at 10:45P and by midnight he had repaired our leak and returned water to the house. He gave us a promise to follow up in the morning to check on the plumbing and sure enough, he did. I am so pleased by the service provided.
