They were replacing facia and soffits for us, and we asked them to build a barrier in our connected breezeway to keep critters out. Lance came up with a great setup, that is holding well and keeping unwanted guests out. Finally their prices are great. Their estimates are accurate to the job requested, and the final price, at or sometimes lower than the estimate. At this point they have done so much work for us, we do not bother with other bids.
